If I have interpreted the question correctly, you are wondering if the MettleCI Azkaban screenshot means that MettleCI is limited to only deploying DataStage assets to other Projects on the same DataStage Engine.
In fact, MettleCI isn't limited in this way at all. MettleCI can deploy DataStage assets to any corresponding Project, whether that is on the same Engine or on another Engine. In our MettleCI demonstrations we do deploy to different Projects on the same Engine but that is just to keep the maintenance of our demonstration environment a simple as possible.
